Jeff Seiker

Jeff Sieker is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in operations management, business development, and clinical leadership across ambulatory surgery centers and healthcare organizations. He has a proven track record in driving growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Previously, Jeff served as Executive Director/CEO of Grand View Surgery Center, where he led the successful opening of a de novo ASC and managed all aspects of operations. At Integrated Surgical Institute, he reduced debt by seven figures and achieved significant profitability. He has also held leadership roles with Laser Spine Institute and Premier at Exton Surgery Center, driving patient satisfaction and operational improvements.

Jeff holds an MBA in Healthcare Management, is a Certified Administrator Surgical Center (CASC), and has earned several healthcare leadership certifications. His extensive expertise and leadership in both clinical and business operations have delivered outstanding results across multiple healthcare settings.
