Jim Kanelos is a seasoned executive specializing in revenue cycle management with a robust track record of driving transformation and growth in healthcare organizations. Jim leverages his extensive experience to spearhead operational improvements and technology initiatives that bolster top-line revenue and enhance patient engagement.
Before joining Spectrum Vision Partners, Jim held the position of Vice President of Revenue Cycle Services at US Heart and Vascular, where he successfully rebuilt the revenue cycle model to support both immediate and strategic organizational needs. His efforts included implementing advanced technology solutions and shifting the organization’s approach to patient engagement, significantly improving performance and integration.
Jim’s career also includes impactful roles at Covenant Physician Partners, Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, and PSA Healthcare, where he drove significant revenue cycle transformations and turnaround strategies. His work led to notable improvements in operational efficiency and financial performance, including achieving record-setting cash flow results.
